Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms) below apply to all Purchases of THAT’S LIVING Products or Products of other Brands. We, here it refers to THAT’S LIVING and You, our Customer or proposed Customer.
i. Full payment by either cash, cheque or bank card is required prior to delivery of the products.
i. Deliveries will be carried out within 7 days from the date of full payment.
ii. The estimated delivery date will be arranged with you in advance. You are liable for payment of all delivery charges, as per below table, including any additional charges incurred as a result of difficulties with access (e.g. narrow doors or passages or staircase etc.) and for any storage fees for products that cannot be delivered on the estimated delivery date.

iii. You must ensure correct delivery address details are provided to us and notify us in advance if there will be difficulties accessing the delivery address (e.g. narrow doors or passages or staircase etc.).
iv. Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address. Should an appropriate person not be available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transport, re-delivery and storage costs.v. You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the site to allow the delivery of the products. If delivery cannot be made, you will be responsible for organizing collection or re-delivery of the products at a further delivery charge.
i. We offer 14 days free storage from the initial date of purchase or pre-arranged delivery date for the ordered items. You shall be liable for payment of storage fees for products that cannot be delivered on the pre-arranged delivery date. If you do not accept delivery by the pre-arranged delivery date, THAT’S LIVING will charge for storage fees as below:

ii. Cancellation of delivery in less than 24 hours of pre-scheduled delivery date and time, an additional QAR 500 within Doha and QAR 700 outside Doha will be charged per trip.
iii. If Two months after the estimated delivery date you do not accept delivery, THAT’S LIVING, at its discretion, annul the contract for sale by notice to you and treat your failure to accept delivery on the above terms as your cancellation of the original order (see the condition below).
You will then forfeit all amounts up to the entire purchase price you have already paid to THAT’S LIVING. In either case you will have no further claim to the goods.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER, EXCHANGE & REFUND
i. If you cancel your order on special-order items, custom upholstery items, sale or clearance items, you agree to pay cancellation fee up to the entire purchase price or 100% down payment will be
ii. If you cancel your in-stock purchase that has not been delivered and stored with us for more than 1 week from the date of purchase, 20% of the invoice value will be forfeited.
iii. If you cancel your in-stock purchase that has been delivered but it’s still in its original condition and packing and no more than 1 week have passed, 30% of the invoice value will be forfeited.
iv. Exchange is permitted on purchases within 7 days from the date of purchase on condition that the item is still undelivered.
v. If the item is delivered and you wants to exchange the item, he / she is liable for the delivery and repacking charge of QAR 1,000 within Doha and QAR 1,500 outside Doha for accessories and QAR 2,000 within Doha and QAR 3,000 outside Doha for furniture will be charged per trip.
vi. No refund or returns or exchange after 7 days from the delivery date at customer’s place.
vii. Refund will be made using same method originally used to pay for your purchase. In case of cash purchase, the refund will be processed by cheque.
viii. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 14 days to 30 days depending on the Card Company / Bank involved in processing the fund.
i. You hereby agree to indemnify or hold harmless in any or all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses to the fittings at your premise such as to ceramic tiles, hidden pipe-line or gas-line, electrical wiring, gypsum board, wallpapers and / or any not listed here, that may arise as a result of installation process except such as are occasioned by the indemnified person’s own gross negligence or
INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS
i. You must inspect your products when you take delivery of them and you will be required to note any damage on the delivery note which is presented to you upon delivery. In all other cases you must notify us in writing of any damage to the products or shortages in delivery within 48 hours of delivery.
i. We may collect personal information in connection with our dealings with you. If so, we will abide by local legislation.
i. Our products comes with limited warranty and we will examine the product for any major manufacturing failure and decide, at our sole discretion to a replacement or compensation for any
loss or damage.
ii. Warranty will be void if the products are exposed to unfavorable weather conditions.
