No merchandise may be returned without a request being submitted on a That’s Living “Return Request Form.” The written authorization will be issued at That’s Living’s discretion and must be requested by the distributor within 30 days of the original shipment date.

All merchandise must be returned in original packaging. If upon receipt and inspection of merchandise that is said to be defective, is found to be altered or used, That’s Living will contact the distributor and advise of our findings.

That’s Living products when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, are warranted to our customers only to be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment. All warranty claims must be asserted within one year from date of shipment of the subject items; thereafter warranty claims will not be honored. Customer’s sole remedy for a warranty claim or otherwise shall be limited to repair or replacement of the subject product if it is shown to have been defective in material or workmanship at time of shipment.
