We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with good understanding of digital marketing automation tools and software. Ideally from a furniture or luxury retail background, you will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing from the development of our annual digital marketing plan, its execution and day-to-day oversight; including generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies, to creating innovative promotions and ownership of our social media and website. You’ll be responsible for the digital marketing budget and its ROI.

A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is an essential requirement or certificates in digital marketing and website development/optimization. Candidates should be equipped with real-world exercises, practical assignments, and hands-on projects.

Summary:

A Digital Marketer, also known as a Digital Marketing Specialist, is responsible for devising marketing campaigns to maintain a brand. Marketing professionals perform market research, strategize with other marketing professionals, and create content for marketing campaigns to maximize their effectiveness.

The range of digital channels, the constant upgrade of digital technology, and the evolving strategies make the scope of digital marketing immense. Primarily, a digital marketer is in charge of all the digital channels and uses them to drive brand awareness and generate leads. That is to say, a digital marketer's roles and responsibilities involve overseeing and development of the overall content strategy for an enterprise, as well as marketing campaigns.

Digital marketer is also responsible from designing marketing campaigns to maintaining and supplying the right content for a business campaign, managing social media engagement, and quantitative analysis of website traffic. Enhancing creativity of marketing campaign as well as tech skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
  • Research competitors’ pricing and products.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Measure digital traffic.
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
  •  Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Monitor project status and budget.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.


Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
